We have started this new facility of video-consultation through WhatsApp video calling system. This can be done in the following steps:

STEP 1: You will be required to choose a convenient slot from the following:

• Monday 2 to 4 pm
• Thursday 2 to 4 pm
• Friday 2 to 4 pm

STEP 2: You will be required to deposit a fee of Rs. 2,500 as per your choice:

STEP 4: You will be required to send the completed form with screenshot of payment to +91 9958123142.

After confirming your appointment with payment, a Teleconsult WhatsApp group will be made and you will receive the following message of confirmation:

• Your video-consultation is confirmed with Dr. Sanyam Chaurasia for Date/Day/Time.
• Please send all your papers such as previous prescriptions, reports, discharge papers if any, etc. as per instructions given in the next post.
• One of your family members should be able to focus camera on you to show whatever is required.
• There should be proper lighting in the area where you will be sitting for the consult.
• Once you are ready, at appointed time, give a WhatsApp video call to Dr. Sanyam Chaurasia on 9********2. He is informed of your appointment.

This appointment covers any queries within 48 hours. After which the Teleconsult WhatsApp group cease to exist any you will have to make a new appointment.

Instructions for sending documents

(Prescriptions, test reports, reports of X-Ray and MRI)

• Arrange all documents in sequence, date-wise.
• Scan them in same sequence.
• Once you have finished scanning all documents, save as a single pdf file, and share by WhatsApp to 9958123142.
• Please note, X-Rays and MRI films cannot be scanned. For taking pictures of X-ray and MRI films, you need a white background. This can be done by the following ways:

1. Click a picture in doctor’s chamber on view box.
2. hold the X-ray film 6-inches away from a white background wall, and click.

Please note:

• Appointment can be rescheduled by either side at no charge.
• Cancellation 24 hours prior is accepted with full refund.
• No refund or reschedule is permitted for ‘no show’.

*Terms & Conditions:

• Video consultation is an alternative option to in-person consultation, and is advised where patients are not able to reach the clinic.
• A video tele-consult can never be compared to a normal in-person consultation.
• You are advised to come to the clinic for in-person consult whenever you are able to.
